Submit Request
Contact customer support within 15 days of package delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Repack & Ship
Repack bike safely in original factory box with all included keys, charger, manual, and original tools.

Fast Inspection & Refund
Our technician team inspects the unit within 48 hours of return delivery to issue full credit to original payment method.
Return Conditions & Guidelines
- ✓Bike must have less than 20 total miles logged on the smart Odometer display.
- ✓Must be free of cosmetic scratches, dents, or frame damage caused by improper usage.
- ✓All accessories (battery charger, keys, multi-tool set, user manual) must be returned in complete working order.
